Terms of Service
Last updated: 12/6/2025
By using TinyQuote, you agree to these basic terms. TinyQuote is a tool to help you send quotes and collect payments through Stripe; you're still responsible for your own business, contracts, and tax obligations.
1. Use of the service
- You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, amounts, and client information you enter.
- You agree not to misuse TinyQuote (e.g. spam, fraud, or illegal activity).
2. Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting payments, you agree to Stripe's own Terms of Service. TinyQuote does not control Stripe's approval process or payout schedules.
3. No guarantees or professional advice
TinyQuote is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in TinyQuote should be considered legal, tax, or accounting advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations related to your work and your clients.
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations tied to the payments you receive.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe TinyQuote is being used in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other users. You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Stripe and logging out.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TinyQuote after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are a lightweight summary and do not replace formal legal counsel. You should consult a lawyer for any legal questions about your business.
