TinyQuote helps contractors send clear quotes, collect payments via Stripe, and keep jobs organized. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address (via Google sign-in), and basic business profile details you choose to provide.
- Quote and contact data: quotes you create, line items, and client contact details (e.g. names and email addresses).
- Usage data: basic analytics on how you use TinyQuote (e.g. pages visited, features used).
Payments and Stripe
TinyQuote does not store or process card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Information you provide to Stripe is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the TinyQuote application.
- To help you send quotes, track payment status, and manage your client list.
- To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share minimal information with infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics) strictly for running TinyQuote.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active so that your quotes, contacts, and payment history remain available. You can contact us if you need data removed or exported.
Your choices
- Disconnect Stripe at any time from the Settings page.
- Delete quotes and contacts you no longer need.
- Reach out to support if you have questions about how your data is handled.
