Common questions
- How do I connect Stripe?
Go to Settings → Billing & Payments and use the "Link Stripe" button. Stripe will guide you through their onboarding flow. - How do my clients pay quotes?
Each quote has a secure public link and payment buttons for deposit and remaining balance. You can share that link via email or PDF. - Why isn't my payment showing?
TinyQuote listens to Stripe webhooks to update quote status. If a payment isn't reflected after a short delay, refresh the dashboard and check your Stripe dashboard for the test/live mode you're using.

Status & reliability
TinyQuote relies on modern infrastructure (Supabase, Stripe, and Resend). While we aim for stability, short maintenance windows or provider outages can occur. If something seems broken, check your Stripe dashboard and then reach out.
